EcoCheck connector terms of use

Last updated October 8, 2026. These terms add to the EcoCheck terms of use (/dieu-khoan-su-dung) and your EcoCheck subscription agreement, which continue to apply.

1. The service

The EcoCheck connector lets an AI assistant you choose call EcoCheck tools on your behalf. It is provided by BeevR Technology Co., Ltd. The public connector is free; the account connector is included in EcoCheck subscriptions at no extra charge. Fees of the AI provider are charged by that provider.

2. Your account and permissions

You are responsible for the AI assistants you connect and for the actions they take with your authorization, within the access you and your workspace owner grant. Workspace owners may limit or revoke AI access at any time.

3. Calculations and professional judgment

Emissions are calculated by EcoCheck using documented methods and emission factors; AI assistants can still misunderstand a request or enter wrong data. Review results before using them in official reports. Public-tool results (including EU CBAM default values and cost estimates) are estimates for information only and are not legal, tax or verification advice. Regulatory filings remain your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the connector to access data you are not authorized to see, to overload or probe the service, to bypass access controls, or for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or suspend access that threatens the service or other customers.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but provide the connector “as is”, and we may add, change or retire tools. Significant changes will be documented on /ai/docs.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the connector is limited as set out in your EcoCheck subscription agreement.
