Supplier carbon data, without months of chasing.
Headquarters needs Scope 3, ESG, SBTi; EU importers need CBAM. Send data requests from EcoCheck — suppliers get a free account and a guided form with built-in calculators in Vietnamese; you review and add the data to Scope 3, with method and evidence.
Three steps to supplier data
- 01
Send data requests
Build your supplier list with spend, send requests by e-mail. Suppliers get a free account in the supplier portal and only see the requests addressed to them.
- 02
They fill in a guided form
Allocate scope 1+2 by revenue or quantity, or product footprint × quantity; built-in calculators, plain-language help, evidence upload.
- 03
You review, it lands in Scope 3
Approve or ask for changes; approved data becomes primary data in Scope 3 (category 1, 2, 4…); see at a glance who has sent, who has not, who is overdue.
Scope 3 with methods, not guesses
- 15 Scope 3 categories (GHG Protocol) and ISO 14064-1 categories 3–6
- Share of supplier-specific data vs. spend-based estimates
- Data quality and uncertainty per source
- Actual precursor SEE for CBAM reporting
- Audit trail: who submitted and approved what, when, with evidence
Each supplier only sees its own data

FAQ
Do suppliers have to buy software?
No. Suppliers get an e-mail invitation, create a free supplier account (active right away) and answer in the supplier portal. They only see requests addressed to their company, never enter your workspace or see your inventory. Suppliers who want to run their own inventory on EcoCheck take their own plan.
How is supplier data used in Scope 3?
Emissions calculated and shared by suppliers go into Scope 3 category 1 with the supplier-specific method (allocated by quantity or value); sources without data use the spend-based method and are flagged for improvement.
Does it work for CBAM?
Yes, in the CBAM module: the actual SEE that suppliers of billets, pig iron, clinker or primary aluminium provide is entered for your precursors instead of EU defaults plus mark-up. The supplier portal currently collects Scope 3 data (allocated scope 1+2 or product footprints).
